Okay girls. I need your points from this previous week & how much weight you've lost during this challenge. Feel free to send it to me in a comment or message. Daily challenges Monday: Have a fresh salad w/ lean & low fat toppings like other fruits/veggies and lean meats for lunch or dinner Tuesday: comment the girls with the highest weight loss & individual points (I'll post who these girls are by monday night)...THIS MEANS YOU HAVE TO GET ME YOUR INFO ON TIME if you want to be considered Wednesday: 50 minutes of cardio Thursday: Do something nice for someone else: this could be buying someone lunch/coffee, bringing snacks to the office, taking time to genuinely listen to someone having a hard day, complimenting someone who could use the encouragement, calling a friend going through a hard time, writing someone a letter...opportunities are endless Friday: No carbs. Good foods to have: lean meats, cheeses, veggies, tuna, eggs... Add 16 points for Saturday & Sunday if you go w/o binging or purging Thanks to happy_mia for sending me ideas for the daily challenges :) Ya'll should check out her sight for a challenge she's starting up after T-giving....I'm joining (through my personal sight, haunting_dreams09)...She's been awesome & so committed to this challenge, so I'm sure the one she's heading up will be incredible!
