FINAL

Ok, I never got info from lose_it_all_x3, or undeservingg CW (so those points/weight loss aren't added to this total =[; undeservingg, I'd think you'd be in the top few for weight loss, so if you get me your CW I can still add ya in if you want )

Here's the final results

Team collarbones had the highest points, with team hipbones only 298 points behind

Happy_mia had the highest individual points, with undeservingg only 96 points behind

x_midori_x has the highest individual weight loss during the challenge at 3.6 lbs

TOTAL POUNDS LOST DURING THE DREAMS_COME_TRUE08 CHALLENGE: 11 LBS

Again girls, I'm so glad to have run this challenge.  I got several messages saying even though weight loss wasn't extreme, they're now staying below XXX lbs and are happy about that. Or, they feel better about themselves because they've been eating healthier, or one girl said she could tell a difference in her fitness level.  Don't forget to go comment the individual winners! great work ladies, and Have a great thanksgiving.

 Okay Girls, I'm out of town for the weekend. but remember this is the last weekend of the challenge, so do your best!!

Team hipbones is in the lead with 2245 points and team collarbones is not far behind with 2058.5.  Work hard this week girls, it's anyone's game!  Undeservingg had the most individual points this week.  Don't forget about the daily challenges girls!

Also cola_beauty asked if she could join the challenge just for the last part of it, and I went ahead and added her to team collarbones just to even the teams out.  So here's what I have for the people that are still left participating.  Some girls messaged me saying the couldn't participate anymore and others I'm assuming aren't participating bc I haven't heard from them in 2+ weeks...anyway, here's the remaining girls. ya'll are hardcore!!

INFO/daily challenges

 Okay girls.  I need your points from this previous week & how much weight you've lost during this challenge.  Feel free to send it to me in a comment or message.

Daily challenges

Monday: Have a fresh salad  w/ lean & low fat toppings like other fruits/veggies and lean meats for lunch or dinner

Tuesday: comment the girls with the highest weight loss & individual points (I'll post who these girls are by monday night)...THIS MEANS YOU HAVE TO GET ME YOUR INFO ON TIME if you want to be considered

Wednesday: 50 minutes of cardio

Thursday: Do something nice for someone else: this could be buying someone lunch/coffee, bringing snacks to the office, taking time to genuinely listen to someone having a hard day, complimenting someone who could use the encouragement, calling a friend going through a hard time, writing someone a letter...opportunities are endless

Friday: No carbs.  Good foods to have: lean meats, cheeses, veggies, tuna, eggs...

Add 16 points for Saturday & Sunday if you go w/o binging or purging

Thanks to happy_mia for sending me ideas for the daily challenges :) Ya'll should check out her sight for a challenge she's starting up after T-giving....I'm joining (through my personal sight, haunting_dreams09)...She's been awesome & so committed to this challenge, so I'm sure the one she's heading up will be incredible!
